Terms and Conditions

 

1. General:
• Staying on the entire complex is at your own risk; Minors must be supervised by their legal guardians at all times. Liability is determined by the individual's/guardian's respective insurance.
• Entering the stables and paddocks is only permitted if accompanied by employees. Feeding the horses is prohibited.
• Participants are informed that riding and handling horses involves a certain degree of risk and can involve dangers and are aware of possible accidents and injuries.
• Participants in rides should be experienced riders and confident in all three gaits.
• Participants should be in generally good health.
• Participants should not weigh more than 85 kg.
• Our horses are calm and experienced in the terrain. However, they are animals whose behavior is never completely predictable. Therefore, everyone takes part in a ride at their own risk. As the organizer, we are not responsible for any damage to the property or health of the participants.
• Before each ride we ask participants to sign the following declaration of consent.

2. Courses, training & riding:
• Participation in events is expressly at your own risk. The trainers carrying out the training, as well as Ranczo Rajbas, are exempt from any liability.
• The fees for the respective event must be paid to Ranczo Rajbas before the start of the event.
• After making an appointment, the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the event will be paid to our bank account within 7 days. The reservation is now complete. The guest receives a reservation confirmation from us.
• The remaining payment for the event must be made in cash on the day of arrival or shortly before via bank transfer.
• If, contrary to expectations, an event does not take place for important reasons such as illness of the trainer or force majeure, the participants will be notified immediately. In this case, a suitable alternative date will be provided for all participants. No compensation is possible.
• If the guest leaves early, we will not reimburse the costs of unilaterally withdrawing from the contract.
• Cancellation policy: We will not refund the 50% of the deposit unless the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the planned start of the stay - in such a case 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• If you are unable to do so due to illness, it is possible to cancel or rebook a reservation, but only if the guest reasons and documents this in writing.
• In case of no-show without cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
