Reservation confirmation:

After making an appointment, the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be paid to our bank account within 7 days. This completes the reservation. The guest receives a reservation confirmation from us.


Payment for the stay:

The remaining payment for the stay is made on the day of arrival in cash or shortly before via bank transfer.

If the guest departs earlier, we will not reimburse the costs of the unilateral withdrawal from the contract.


The workshops do not need to be booked before. They can be individually booked and paid on our place.


We do not refund the 50% of the deposit unless the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the planned start of the stay - in which case 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If you are prevented by illness, you can cancel or rebook a reservation, but only if the guest justifies and documents it in writing.

In case of no-show without cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.


The accommodation will be prepared for the guest on the day of arrival from 10:00 a.m.

The accommodation must be leaving by 3 p.m. on the day of departure.
